Invasives archaeology turned up this 16-ounce Royal Crown Cola (RC) bottle under a dense mass of crap. I can't help but think of an old NRBQ tune, "RC Cola and a Moon Pie."

Invasive Plants in Arlington
I live near and volunteer at Long Branch Nature Center in Arlington, Virginia. I spend what sometimes seems like too much of my free time working on controlling ("whacking") non-native, invasive plants. This is a quasi photo diary of what I see, including some of the native plants and critters, too. Also I toss in an occasional, verbose rant, and off-topic other stuff from my trips.

"3rd Sundays" Invasives Events at Long Branch
